We are forecast for some snowy weather over the next few days, so Mom and I headed out early to do some grocery pickups and Lowe's stop.
Jim laid out a couple more pieces of tile on the bench just to get a better idea of how it is going to look - I love it!
Ugh. Jim has been waiting for his drawer glides to come in for use underneath the bench seats. We paid a lot of money for these glides because they are so long and can hold a lot of weight. However, when they came, there was only one glide instead of the set that you need for a drawer! So then we would have to reorder at that expensive price to get glides for the other side. It goes without saying that Jim contacted the company and is going to start a return.
Jim got set up to do the final welding and grinding of the other bench base...
We watched Ash Wednesday services at noon today so that Jim could still do his exercise routine in the evening so it seemed like a short day!
