We ended up getting about 13" of snow from yesterday's storm - it was gorgeous but, of course, that meant Jim had to take care of the driveway! He decided to wait until after lunch and did some work on the drop box this morning. I love the way the new siding looks on the box!
He has lots of custom flashing pieces to make as well as figure out how everything will come together...
Mom and I took a look out the man door when Jim went out after lunch. The sun had been bright all morning and the temps were above freezing, so the snow became more wet and compacted...
Starting to use the snow blower...
A look from above as he heads down the driveway. The snow was very deep at the end of the driveway and Jim clears out a big section on both sides for the trash and mail people so it took him quite awhile.
Once he was done, it was back to work on making flashing pieces...
