Mom had an appointment with the hearing aid doctor and then we did a bunch of errands. Jim had been busy in the wood shop, making the spars for the sides and bottom of the package drop box. These have to be beveled and then cut to fit around the welding joints in the corners...
Gluing up more wood to make the additional spars...
Jim is attaching eye hooks to the side of the pole barn - he'll use them for straps to hold the plywood close to the wall. The piece of plywood in the front of the picture is exterior plywood and Jim is going to cut it up for the bottom and roof of the package box...
In addition, Jim did lots of clean up today - moving Halloween boxes back into the attic and straightening up his work spaces.
