Today is World Kindness Day - hopefully you were kind to everyone you met today - and that they were kind in return!

Jim moved the cars out, covered the floor, and got everything ready to start painting the package drop box today once he got all the holes drilled and tapped (probably 75 or so!).  Then he went over the entire surface with lacquer thinner before starting to spray...

There are lots of nooks and crannies to paint!

After cleaning up from that, we decided to head outside to stack the wood that we cut a few days ago.  Jim split a couple to see what they were like inside - even our very "seasoned" ones looked good inside...

We started a new row with old stuff on the bottom for protection and then got busy stacking...

Once we were done with all the wood we had put over there earlier, we went back for some of the giant logs that were still in the woods...

Whew...that's a workout!

Sure is a lot of wood!  Jim is going to advertise it in Craigslist and see if we get any takers.  But no matter, sure looks neat down at the end of the driveway.

Nature never ceases to amaze - this was a piece of mold or fungus off some wood - how pretty is that?
