Since it is the Feast of the Epiphany, we took down our Christmas decorations this afternoon. We did put some snowmen around so that things didn't look too bare!
Jim started assembling the bathroom shelf cabinet today...
In the afternoon, Jim started work on redoing the electric coming into the auto bay. This is kind of a before picture - he had the 240 line coming through the conduit near the top of the wall and then wired into the air compressor. He needs to split that line and have power going to the air compressor as well as the car lift.
In order to mount the new circuit box, he had to make a mounting board. That required figuring out where the flanges were on the insulated concrete forms so that he could attach into them. In addition, the box had all kinds of protrusions in the back that he had to account for on the mounting board so that it would lay flat...
A trial fit...
A coat of primer on the mounting board...
Since it is the Epiphany, we did our annual traditional Epiphany House Blessing and prayer on our door entrance for good luck and blessings throughout the year. We wish the same to all of you!
