We've been dealing with a FedEx misdelivery - we finally figured out that a neighbor down the road got our package and we got theirs. Mid-afternoon, Jim headed there to make the swap. This was a neighbor we had never met before and Jim ended up spending about an hour there chatting. He brought home Mom's new insulated coffee mug as well!
