The last week we spent with Mom, helping her as she passed from this life yesterday, February 10th.  We miss her so much, but we're happy that she's at peace and not in pain.  We are so very grateful to so many for their loving care, thoughts and prayers.  

It's been over a year of visiting with Mom every morning, so getting used to a new routine will take some time.  There has been lots of phone calls and paperwork to keep me busy for now though.

Yesterday, Jim did the rest of the sanding in the control room...

We had snow over the weekend that Jim didn't get cleared, and then a couple more inches yesterday.  So time to get the Bobcat out and get the driveway done...

The car was so crunchy with salt, so Jim quickly sprayed it off...

This past week has had some bitter cold temperatures, with many actual temperatures far below zero.  Thankfully, the furnace worked great and we had no issues, besides being out in the elements more than normal!
