At lunchtime, we took the box truck and went to the steelyard to pick up more 1/2" rebar that he ordered. On our way back, we stopped at the cold-formed steel place to pick up the rest of his order. Of course, these trips require Jim to take things out of the truck beforehand and tie things down so there is room and everything stays in place. Then upon the return, it means unloading all the steel and then getting things back to work site shape in the truck.
Jim spent the rest of the afternoon continuing work on the shoring, which will be happening for the next week probably.
