Another foam building day!  Jim is making lots of progress but lots of these areas are really tough and require a lot of work!

Like this corner...this is a corner made with optimizers (again, he has to make those himself), but it also has a brick ledge on the outside and has to have a beam pocket inside!  Crazy!

All that cutting of foam makes lots of foam particles fly and they all land back on Jim!

While Jim was working, I did a lot of clean up work - everything from picking up all the foam teeth he cuts off, to the pieces of foam he cuts out for brick ledges, to all the plastic packaging material on the foam.  We don't have that much waste but it still adds up to a couple bags a week.  We've been just putting it in the trash at home but we are limited to one can there.  We are going to try and visit the dump this week - they have bins for construction recyclables so we are hoping that works.

Then I worked for awhile on the waterproofing membrane - that's always a little slow going but making progress.

At the end of the day, the building is looking fabulous!  You can definitely see from this angle how the brick ledge goes around the building, made from the optimizers.
