Jim worked on the refuse cabinet face frame - doing the hand routing on the back and then sanding it...
Then a coat of primer on the back side...
The refuse cabinet is all assembled now...
Our tilt out drawer and hardware were delivered today. Now Jim has to figure out how to make it work with the cabinet!
With the J-channel he picked up at Home Depot yesterday, he put steel channel around the door to provide more protection...
Then finishing the J-channel on the top of the wall...
Jim had to do some straightening of the wood pieces he used next to the beam - a problem you don't have in steel! He had to make some fasteners to attach to behind the wood to get it in shape.
At the end of the day, a coat of primer on the front side of the face frame...
