Jim started on the door millwork today, using the dado blade on his table saw

That basically cuts the middle out after he made the edge cuts...

Jim was showing me how there are sometimes pockets of sap in the pine - this one started weeping when he cut it!  (This also shows both edge cuts made before he cut out the middle)

Then he used the jointer to make the tenon cuts so that they can fit into the grooves...

The majority of the millwork on the door assembly is done!

The first glue joint in the frame assembly...

Glueing up pieces to make the panels for the door...

Painting the other side of the cabinet doors with gray...

Jim didn't think he would be able to get all the doors painted because he's almost out of paint but he did!

However, you can see that the gun sucked up every last drop of paint to finish that project!

Since this will be the last painting for a bit, Jim took the gun apart and did a thorough cleaning.  He also had to clean his saw blades after all the millwork.
