We headed back outside after lunch today. These are the trees that Jim cut down yesterday, so time to get them ready for chipping...

We moved over to the area behind where we had the bricks stored - there were some of these rogue trees that we wanted to cut down to expose the pines...

Jim took the chipper back down to the pole barn and attached the bucket. Then we went behind the shed and loaded up the roots from the trees we've cut down...

We took them back in the deep woods...
Jim took the bucket off and then he loaded up the log splitter...
We decided to move it into the pavilion where we will eventually have firewood...
Looks good and it will be out of the weather for the winter.
