The patio was wet when I took a picture yesterday, so here's a before and after power washing. Before...
After - looks great!
Because the mice had attacked our garage door seals, the left side was kind of bent out of shape. Jim had one more piece of seal, so he decided to replace it. Which required him to first take the old one off...
Lots of nails to take out...
Once it was off, he brought it in the shop so he could easily duplicate it with the replacement piece...

He needed to use the grinder to sand just a little bit off the bottom...

We think we've evicted all the mice from the shed and haven't caught any in a while. But Jim is putting up a little patch of our new garage door seal material at the bottom of each to try and keep them out just in case they decide to come back...
All done!
Jim got all the tools and equipment put away and did a little mowing and then some trimming to finish off the day.
