A short day but Jim got lots done as always.  He worked on putting up more rigid foam board.  Using a cool insulation knife that Kyle & Julia got him awhile ago...

He cuts out the area for the ceiling joists...

Then puts it up for a nice snug fit...

So that there are no voids, Jim stuffs waste insulation in this wall area where there are studs on the wall as well as wall studs...

I went around and put caps on the neutral wires in all the apartment receptacles - just in case the inspector wants to see those.
