10.8.2025

Jim has spent time putting together a steel order for angle that he will used to make brackets to hold our scaffolding braces in the shed.  There were some issues with delivery, but the guy called him back this afternoon and got it worked out.  We should get delivery Friday morning.

Jim got the puzzle hung up in the shop today - looks perfect!

Jim went back outside this afternoon and cut up another piece of salvaged plywood to use up in the rafters of the shed...

Bringing them up...

He spent some time organizing the plywood pieces the way he wants, so he's happy with the configuration now.  He'll be able to stash unneeded building parts and pieces out of the way until they are needed.

Jim has noticed that there is a hydraulic fluid leak in the chipper, so he attached the chipper and brought it out to the gravel to take a peek.  He was able to figure out where it was leaking and tighten the factory connection.  He noticed a couple of grease zerks were loose too.  He got everything tightened up and it is no longer leaking.  He'll keep an eye on it once we use it again.
