As typical, yesterday went by in a flash since we leave early to go see my mom and go to church.

Someone contacted Jim about buying the slate that we had for sale on Craigslist.  Jim wasn't sure at first if it was a scam contact, because you get plenty of those when you're trying to sell something.  The guy also changed the time today, but Jim had it all ready to go.  Since we had put it on a pallet, it was easy for him to move down to the bottom of the driveway.  The guy does slate repair work so he was thrilled and bought the entire pallet!  He and Jim actually spent quite a bit of time talking - he wanted to see our composite slate and walked up the hill to check it out.  He was really complimentary about the roof as well as the whole structure, which was nice.  We're happy to get rid of it, plus it's always good when things go to someone who can use them.

Later in the afternoon, Jim and I went outside to do some very preliminary site prep, so that Jim can do some digging.  He wants to get some dirt to be able to grade around the side of the shed.  It was fun to talk about plans!

A couple days last week, we heard a lot of coyotes and we even saw one in the turn around.  Jim moved the trail cam down the path in the woods where he came from, just to see what wildlife we could catch from that angle.  No coyotes but I like this picture of the turkeys!
