Jim got the cabinet door sanded this morning and then a coat of gray...

Then he headed down into the auto bay to continue working on framing.  This pilaster is all framed...

On this pilaster, mounting plates are fastened into the concrete...

Then framing done...

Then he started installing baseboards...

Done!

Jim really misses his big air compressor.  He was planning on waiting until he was done drywalling, but with no delivery date yet, he decided to move it back into its spot allowing for room to work on drywall.  So first step was to bring in the Bobcat with forks on...

Getting the forks in the right position on the steel rods he has through the top of the compressor...

Then slowing and carefully moving it into position...

Jim had to do a little manual moving in order to make sure that the hoses will reach - that's almost impossible this thing weighs a ton and is completely top heavy!  But he got it in a good enough position - he'll hook it up tomorrow hopefully.

After that, he headed out to cut some grass.  Unfortunately, he threw a bearing on one of the pulleys for the deck.  Sigh - always something!

High 79/Low 60 - beautiful!
