2.21.2020

Jim worked on getting all of the drawers perfectly aligned.  Then he had to take the drawers out and put all the screws in the glides.  These drawers are bigger and will be holding heavy items so he put as many screws in as possible!  The cabinet looks gorgeous!

Then - he brought out the Corian for the countertop that will go over the two drawer cabinets.

Cutting it to size...

It's going to be some work to get the cabinet in the corner.  First step was that I unloaded the shelves we had in that space.  I didn't take a picture of the rest of the kitchen because all of that stuff doesn't have a home at present - ha!  Jim and I took the shelves downstairs - he'll be able to use them in his shops.  Jim at first thought he would move the refrigerator but he decided it would be better to move the stove out, undo the next cabinet from the wall and then slide the new cabinet in.  All of that is going to take time and work - it was too late in the day to start so we'll do it this weekend.  I'm very excited!
