Jim started setting up to cut the two edges of the Corian where he will glue them together.  He has to position them perfectly so that he takes off exactly 1/16" from both sides so they perfectly match.

He got a new router because his other one was slipping and causing some issues so this was the first use...

You kind of forget all the plastic confetti these cuts make - it sticks on everything!

Perfectly mated - you'll never see this seam!

Then it was time to glue - first he went down one side...

Then the other...

Then making sure everything is aligned...

Putting lots of clamps on to make sure it dries in the correct position...

He then switched to drywall jobs.  We moved the credenza and other miscellaneous things away from the control center wall in the metal shop.  Jim still had some screws to finish attaching...

He also moved things away from the outside bathroom wall in the wood shop to tape that area...

This metal shop wall area is all taped...
