We sure continue to be grateful for all of our blessings. It's too easy to focus on the things that are going wrong, and not all of the blessings. A good reminder for all of us!
The windy weather caused us to lose internet all last night, but it was restored this morning. We still have some of our BluRay movies so we were able to watch a Halloween movie while the wind was howling.
It was still blustery today, but we headed out for a bit this afternoon to do some rock wall work. Jim had moved over the big rock we found by the turnaround and set it as our beginning rock. Today, he started by scraping some of the soil away to make a better base. However, this new wall sits right on top of the original wall, so he could just scrape off the top...

Next, Jim pulled the dirt back away from the wall area...
He scooped up all the dirt and took it back to our top soil pile...
He went to our rock pile and got the first bucket of rocks...
