After doing his computer work in the morning, Jim headed downstairs - he got some wood in the gluing process for the bathroom cabinet...

Then he dug into the air conditioning units - he got the cover off (no easy task) to start investigating how he will install and do all the necessary plumbing...

In the afternoon, we did some preliminary placement markings for the pole barn lean to...

The air conditioner compressor unit will require a concrete pad in the back of the carriage house, so we talked through best placement ideas...

We also decided to do a preliminary layout of where the outdoor wood burning furnace might go.  At this point, it will probably be situated in line with the driveway, so Jim was figuring out driveway location and center points...

Pounding in some stakes on the corners.  Jim wants this area to be higher in elevation than the driveway so it will require some buildup.

I put down more grass seed on our graded area next to the pole barn and Jim got it all raked in.  He also took the Bobcat up to the top of the hill and cut up some more old plywood pieces to go in the trash tomorrow.
