4.7.2021

Jim had placed an order for propane yesterday and this morning Cowboy showed up!  He's the guy who said he would have no problem coming up no matter the conditions.  Of course, the conditions were perfect today - just look at that sky!  He filled up the tank with 470 gallons - we're all set until before winter.

Jim fit the slats assembly into the painted railing structure - sure looks nice!

He put a coat of primer on the finished cabinet door panels...

Then it was time for taping all the seams in the sink area of the bathroom...

Taping is all done.  Jim always says that these small areas are just as hard as doing a whole room - you have the same number of corners but not much room to work.

With the weather so nice, time for some pre-summer chores.  It's so nice to have the epoxy floor in the auto bays - a light scrub and rinse took away a winter's worth of ice and muck!

Putting the battery in the lawn mower...

Summer toys are out - Jim greased them and put gas in them so they're ready to go.

Chipper was next - Jim switched blades and sharpened the old pair.  We've already got a few piles to chip. Jim also got both chainsaws ready to go - we'll be using those soon too.

High 63/Low 38 - beautiful!
